The holiday home is in an elevated but private position, with off-street parking, only about 5 minutes' walk from the sea front, harbour, shops and two pubs. It is in excellent decorative order with modern furniture and equipment. The accommodation includes a spacious lounge with patio doors leading on to a large balcony (with table and 4 chairs) with views over both the estuary and also to the hills inland. An archway leads to a dining room with similar views. The spacious kitchen was totally refurbished in 2008. It includes a range cooker, built in fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher; also a microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles (plus a study with a double sofa bed). The double has an en-suite shower room and WC. There is a separate bathroom including WC and shower over the bath; also a cloakroom serving the twin room and study. The enclosed garden has parking space and a large patio
